wifi | Each apartment has its own wifi; the connection is also guaranteed in the garden, swimming pool and in all common areas.
swimming pool | The pool is open and available for guests to relax; it is developed with an area where you can relax in shallow water and another area where you can swim.
parking with electric car rechargers | The structure has underground parking lots available for guests, and also stables for charging electric cars.
garden | Casa Olivi is immersed in Parco della Rocca, and has common garden areas, where you can find different species of flowers, trees and fruit plants.
laundry | The structure has everything you need for laundry: washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board.

About us
In the heart of the Parco della Rocca, just over 1km from the shore of Lake Garda, Anna, Marco, Michela and Gianmaria are pleased to welcome you to Casa Olivi Apartments.
Starting from a modest single-family villa, thanks to the attention of Marco, architect, in summer 2020 it has been possible to open a completely different building, totally renovated with extreme attention to details, making this a unique and exclusive place.
The attention for the finishes, and the love for the profession has led to unique design and furnishing choices, which play on the contrast between ancient and modern, with the inclusion of unique design pieces and finishes of particular value.
The design choices have also been strongly influenced by a green perspective, both as regards the choice of renewable materials, but also and above all as regards the source of energy used in the management of the structure: the roof is in fact covered by photovoltaic and solar panels, for the production of electricity and hot water; thanks to these it has been possible to set up a system powered almost exclusively by them, which covers almost all the electricity needs. Tanks have been installed for the recovery and reuse of rainwater, which provide for the irrigation needs and the grey water used in the building.
Five car stations with electric car recharging have also been provided.
It is therefore following refinement and hospitality, that Casa Olivi proposes itself as an optimal structure for the vacations: a place where every detail is taken care of in a combination of nature and architecture, where the search for harmony of the built spaces is combined with the peace of the senses of the place where it is located.
